SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – AGANZE

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Aganze, (SIMMARA ENTERPRISES LLP), through https://www.theaganze.com (“Website”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to:
- Product availability
- Quality inspection
- Address verification
Dispatch timelines do not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order in case of inventory discrepancies, quality issues, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. SHIPPING PARTNER
- All orders are shipped using Delhivery Limited or other authorised logistics partners appointed by the Company.
- Shipping services are subject to serviceability of the delivery location.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders, irrespective of order value.
- A Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipping charge may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days across India after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on:
- Geographic location
- Courier partner operations
- Weather conditions
- Regulatory or governmental restrictions
- Force majeure events
Aganze shall not be liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the logistics partner and may not always reflect real-time status.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERIES
- The logistics partner will attempt delivery as per their standard operating procedures.
- If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal to accept delivery
The shipment may be returned to origin.
Such orders may be treated as returns and processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
- Aganze shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Any additional costs incurred due to address errors may be recovered from the Customer.
8. INSURANCE & IN-TRANSIT RISK
- All shipments are insured until successful delivery.
- Insurance coverage includes:
- Loss of shipment
- Damage occurring during transit
Insurance does not cover damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling.
9. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery at the specified address.
- Ownership/title of the Product transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery.
10. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at delivery:
- Customers are advised to refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
- If accepted, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Clear images of the package and Product
Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.
11. LOST OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
In case of lost or undelivered shipments:
- We will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner.
- Resolution timelines depend on courier investigation outcomes.
- Replacement or refund, if approved, will be processed as per internal assessment and applicable policies.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Aganze shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labour disruptions
- Government actions or lockdowns
- Transport or logistics disruptions
13. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts in IndiaDelhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
